Offer land

Terra Éire is exploring land access through long-term partnership: leases, licences, stewardship agreements, and (where appropriate) transfers — all with proper legal advice.

If you have land you’d like to see cared for — or you’d like to support ecological restoration without selling — we’d love to talk. For an LTD, the cleanest routes are usually a long-term lease, a licence to manage, or a stewardship agreement.

Some landowners choose a “peppercorn” arrangement (a nominal amount per year) with clear terms around access, insurance, and responsibilities. The right structure depends on the land, the parties, and the intended outcomes.

Any arrangement would be documented properly. This page is an invitation to explore land partnership options and start a conversation.

What we’re looking for

  • Long-view: ideally 10+ years where feasible
  • Scope for habitat restoration (hedgerows, wet ground, woodland edges, pollinator corridors)
  • Clear boundaries and access arrangements
  • A shared intention: protect, restore, document
Irish land

The aim is long-term stewardship of real Irish land with ecological potential, clear boundaries, and practical access.
